Wine Painting Study

My collection of wine art paintings is an intimate exploration of the nude female form, rendered not in traditional pigments, but with the sensual hues of French red, white, and rosé wines. Each piece is born from patience and reverence—layer by delicate layer, the wine soaks into the paper like memory into skin, staining it with stories of elegance, softness, and strength.

Working with wine as a medium requires a deep respect for its temperament. I allow each layer to dry fully before adding the next, inviting the wine to oxidize naturally, revealing its hidden tones—from the blush of rosé to the deep burgundy of Bordeaux. The result is a timeless, almost ethereal presence in every figure, where the medium and the muse become one.

These works are not just paintings—they are fermented moments, meditations on beauty, transformation, and the quiet power of waiting.
